How to measure
A · Width: measure straight across just below the armholes. Do not measure around your body.
B · Length: measure from the high shoulder point beside the neck straight to the bottom hem, excluding the hood.
Measure without stretching. All dimensions below are inches. Youth and adult labels are not interchangeable. Charts show garment measurements, not a guarantee every size/color combination is available.

Toddler 5100P: 5.3 oz/yd², 100% cotton in White, classic fit with side seams. Our toddler offering is White only, 2T–5T.

Adult 18500 and youth 18500B: 8 oz/yd² Heavy Blend, 50% cotton / 50% polyester for our standard colors. Classic fit, double-lined hood, pouch pocket and rib trim with spandex. The adult style has a matching drawcord.
Youth SF500B alternative: 8.4 oz/yd² Softstyle Midweight, brushed interior, jersey-lined hood without drawcords, pouch pocket and rib cuffs/hem. White is 80% cotton / 20% polyester; Sport Gray is 75% cotton / 25% polyester. Its length differs from the Heavy Blend style; compare the separate chart.
A hooded sweatshirt that pulls on over the head. We use Gildan Heavy Blend and may offer the youth Softstyle Midweight alternative. Both youth charts are shown because their body lengths differ. Confirm the supplied style if exact fit is important.

Special garment & color requests
Can I request a different garment color?
Yes—colors outside the listed options are considered by individual request. The garment color can affect how airbrush colors appear.
Dark garments require a different painting process and additional layers of paint, which means an increased artwork charge and additional production time. Special-order garments may also involve sourcing costs and additional delivery time.

Toddler tees and infant items remain White only.
What other garments can I special-order?
You can ask about men’s and women’s V-neck tees, adult and youth long-sleeve tees, women’s racerback tanks, standard tanks, women’s fitted tanks, and three-quarter-sleeve raglan/baseball tees.
V-necks, racerback tanks and raglan/baseball tees are not stocked and require a special order. Some standard and fitted tanks may be available from existing stock, including selected Bella and Next Level styles; please ask what is available.

Are all designs suitable for every garment?
Not every design fits every garment in the same way. Placement or sizing may need adjustment around zippers, pockets, narrow tank fronts or smaller garments. Some designs may need to be simplified or reduced in detail for infant and toddler-sized items.
We’ll confirm any necessary design changes and additional charges with you before you order.
Does production time include special ordering?
No. Sourcing a special-order garment adds time before painting begins. We’ll confirm the expected sourcing and production schedule before purchase; delivery to you is additional.
Does a size chart mean the item is in stock?
No. Size charts describe fit. Special-order garments depend on supplier availability and can involve additional sourcing time and a surcharge. Follow the availability information on the listing.
Which size chart should I use?
Use the chart for the specific garment brand and style—not just your usual size. Compare the measurements with a similar garment you already wear comfortably, laid flat without stretching. T-shirts, sweatshirts and different tank styles can fit differently even when the size label is the same.
Can I request a garment not listed?
Yes—contact us before purchasing to discuss sourcing a different garment or painting an item you supply. Send photos or a product link, the fabric information and your design idea so we can confirm suitability, availability, price and timing.
Can I send my own item to be painted?
Yes! We welcome requests for your own denim jackets, jeans, leather jackets, a favorite T-shirt style and other suitable items. Send clear photos of the item and its fabric/care label, along with your artwork idea and preferred placement. We’ll discuss the options, preparation, price and timing before you ship it.
For T-shirts and similar washable apparel, we prefer cotton or blends containing at least 50% cotton for best results with our process. Polyester and spandex/stretch garments are reviewed individually: the fabric, finish, amount of stretch and artwork placement affect suitability and expected durability. Nylon jackets are not recommended for our airbrushing service. Dark garments require additional preparation or paint layers, increasing the artwork charge and production time—even when you supply the item.

How should I prepare an item I’m sending?
Items must be clean and completely dry; new items are preferred. For a worn or used washable item that has previously been washed, rewash it according to its care label, then run several additional rinse cycles to remove any detergent residue. Avoid fabric softener and dryer sheets when preparing it.
Soap, softener and other residues can interfere with paint adhesion and reduce durability, even with heat-setting. Let us know about any fabric treatments or coatings.
For leather, dry-clean-only or specialty items, ask us for preparation instructions first—do not use the clothing wash-and-rinse instructions above.
Measurements are based on supplier specification sheets. Diagrams are measuring guides, not exact garment illustrations. Sizes and colors are subject to availability. Garment weight describes fabric weight, not shipping weight.
